As much as we enjoy travelling up and down the country, walking 20 minutes to a show is always a treat. This weekend we played for Lucy and Tom at The Mansion house in Clifton, Bristol. An intimate selection of nearest and dearest never shied away from the floor and getting to play a soul classic in Otis redding’s ‘Wonderful World’ is always met with fervent enthusiasm from myself.
Being tucked up in bed by 11:30pm with a Horlicks is a bonus.
